OUPV & Masters to 100 Ton Sailing & Towing Endorsements Winter 2008 - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Evenings Monday, January 14th will be an information evening open to all free of charge. Capt. Sanders will discuss all aspects of the Licensing process and documenting seatime. A Q&A session will follow and registering for class will be possible at that time.
